MIXMAX feeder mixer was awarded gold medals during the Ferma Bydła trade show held in 2019 and 2021. What makes it unique is its low load threshold, solid construction and unlimited configuration options. As far as MARTIN MIXMAX 10 feeder mixer is concerned, the height of the feeder mixer is only 2,55m, with the width of 2,5m and the length of 5,25m. In the standard equipment, there is a container in the walls with two big, modern counter-knives that are directly controlled from the tractor. The size, construction and installation mode of counter-knives make it possible to retain the flow of fodder during mixing as well as good co-operation with the knives on the screw. The containers of the feeder mixer are made of thick metal sheet that is resistant to corrosion and wear. Rolling is performed on a CNC machine, which guarantees high precision so smooth surfaces are obtained. It guarantees stable flow of all fodder elements in the container, which reduces friction and decreases fuel consumption. The bottom of the container is made of a 20mm metal sheet, which prevents deformations. Appropriate double-sided welding of elements increases the durability and solidity of entire construction. For proper preparation of TMR, a vertical reinforced screw is responsible which is equipped with 8, 10, 12 or 14 wear-resistant fixed knives propelled by PTO (540 rev./min.) made of chrome vanadium steel, which guarantees effective cutting and mixing with low power demand. Every feeder mixer has a space for a bin and properly selected screw. All this guarantees optimal cutting, efficiency and mixing in all of our machines.

In our feeder mixers, we use industrial transmissions with high torque that require low drive power. Those transmissions have a high efficiency ratio, which allows for co-operation of machines with older tractors. In addition to this, work on the first gear guarantees excellent cutting with lower fuel consumption, but on the second, mixing and cleaning of the screw becomes more intensive once cattle feeding has stopped. This machine in the standard version stands out due to good equipment whose most important elements are scales by an Italian manufacturer Digi Device, Five UF3 type, which is operated on the feeder mixer. This equipment being in the standard option of all MIXMAX feeder mixers is capable of weighing with the accuracy of up to 1% and makes it possible to program 15 different recipes, and each of these has 15 components. It is possible to fix the scales display either on the left side or on the right side. Content on the display can be clearly seen during rainfall, at dusk or in the blazing sun. Standard features are supplemented by a pipe around the container which prevents fodder from spilling, as well as a mechanically regulated support and the PTO shaft. Comfortable stairs on two sides help the user move to the left or to the right without the necessity to circumvent either a tractor or a feeder mixer. MIXMAX is fixed on one solid axle by Italy’s ATW with a diameter of 80 mm with reinforced wheels with 10.0x75-15.3 or 30x11.5 wheels. EFFECTIVE SPREADING OF FODDER - ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED CONVEYOR BELT All of our machines are conventionally equipped with discharge door. Spreading of fodder may be done either to the left side or to the right. As far as transporters are concerned, we apply the best PCV multilayer belts. Those conveyors have many advantages, including silent and easy operation and the lack of possibility to hurt a cow’s nose. Regulated scrapers constantly clean propelling rolls. The hydraulic engine is protected by an elastic clutch. We have a few types of transporters in order to meet all customer needs. This group comprises: - stationary crosswise transporters in the sizes of 1800, 2000, 2200 or 2350mm - 400mm crosswise transporters sliding to the left/right in the sizes of 2200 or 2350mm - transporters that may be lifted in the sizes of 1000, 1200 or 1400mm - transporters that may be lifted from the back in the sizes of 1800, 2000, 2200 or 2350mm

DOOR WITH ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEM The door may be controlled from the tractor, which is an additional advantage for demanding users.
EXTRA AND SPECIAL DOORS It is possible for us to make another fodder discharge section in every feeder mixer. At a special request of our customers, we can make an additional, short feeder by the door or a stiff chute.
HYDRAULIC COUNTER-KNIVES It is possible to install electrically controlled hydraulic counter-knives with a Bondioli&Pavesi electric divider or a remote control which guarantees the breeder quick and safe steering options.
ELECTRIC CHANGE OF GEARS It is possible to change gears without leaving a tractor, which is an additional benefit for demanding users.
INDEPENDENT HYDRAULICS SYSTEM It is possible to install an independent hydraulics system which allows for the hydraulics system to work independently of the tractor’s hydraulics. An efficient pump guarantees stable and reliable operation.
SPECIAL KNIVES It is possible to install knives on the screw made of chrome-vanadium steel with carbide-coating.
MAGNET It is possible to install a stationary or rotating magnet. It makes it possible to “catch” the majority of metallic particles from fodder which pose a significant threat to cattle. Those particles come mostly from equipment and machinery taking part in fodder processing.
CHUTE FOR MINERALS It is possible for us to make an additional chute for minerals and loose fodder. At a special request of our customer, we can make a spiral feeder in the chute controlled from the tractor’s cabin.
REINFORCED SCREWS It is possible to create stainless steel edges on screw segments. It helps increase the lifetime and operation time of a machine.
PNEUMATIC BREAKS It is possible to install breaks in all machines, which increases safety on the road.
WHEELS It is possible to choose different wheels. At a special request of a customer, we can select wheels that are not in the standard offer.
HYDRAULIC FOOT It is possible to install in our feeder mixer a hydraulic foot controlled manually or electrically by an electrical voltage divider or via a remote control.
UPPER HOOK It is possible to replace a lower hook with an upper hook in all of our machines.
LIGHTING It is possible to install road lighting system as well as special lighting (lighting for working at dusk or at night).
SPECIAL WAGONS At our customers’ request we prepare wagons in special versions. It can be additional equipment or a special size of a wagon.
WIRELESS CONTROL SYSTEM Modern feeder mixer MARTIN MIXMAX in the XM version is equipped with a wireless communication system ICON D with HYDRA WT20 module, which offers a rare feature of remote controlling of wagon’s functions. Now weighing and dosing becomes possible using selected formulae. Management of the load is performed without leaving a tractor.
